Eccogene is dedicated to innovative drug discovery for metabolic and immune related diseases. Metabolic system is responsible for converting nutrients to energy to sustain normal physiological process of human body. Dysregulation of metabolic pathways in metabolic organs leads to variety of metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, obesity and NASH. When it happened in immune cells, immune overactivation or suppression can be manifested as auto-immune diseases or tumorigenesis, respectively. Eccogene’s team has demonstrated experience in drug discovery, with deep scientific insight of metabolic pathways and technical know-how to solve complex problems.
